Damaged / Defective
If your product is defective or damaged during transit, please contact customer service for more information. Please be advised, you may be required to submit a photograph of the damaged or defective item.
Please email us within 30 days of the product receipt date or a refund cannot be issued. If we determine that you need to send the defective/damaged item back to us, we will send you a return label, then you just package it back up and send it off.
Changed Your Mind?
Note the following does not apply to all products sold on BelleChic.com, there may be specific manufacturer restrictions that apply. Please refer to the product description for specific details.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase for any other reason, and it is in *new condition", here is what you need to do:
1) Contact the Customer Support team for return instructions. Please include your order number and the quantity you want to return in your email.
2) We will issue you a free return label.
2) Send that item back to us within 5 days receiving the label. You will be issued a refund within 5-7 days of receipt. The process of returning an item by mail takes 2-3 weeks in most cases. A 15% restocking fee will be applicable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
New Condition means that your item has not been worn, used or washed.
Final Sale/Not Returnable Items
Sometimes we sell stuff as “Final Sale” or “Not Returnable”. Please note: we do not accept returns on these Final Sale or Not Returnable items unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
